Pros
They will train you well in sales if you are willing to learn. Have the potential to earn some decent income if you can do the job well.
Cons
No base salary ever so you can only do it for so long. Most staff don't really care about helping the workers and are just there until the end of the season when they get paid. Company doesn't care about client retention so it's hard to get repeat customers.
