Pros
CSI is a great company to work for, it has a dynamic environment, it provides you autonomy for processos improvement implementation, and it provides you a clear picture of company results. Local GM and HR staff are very supportive and nice people to work with.
Cons
Contant changes driven by the VP causes havock in the execution and sales team. Process design are often not respected, main root cause are the local customers who imposed impossible tasks. Company product costs are not competitive.
