It felt as though the work we were doing was fake. We had to convince & manipulate stakeholders that projects were moving forward when in fact they were not.
Staff was directionless and experiencing extreme burnout, and most were quietly looking for new opportunities. "Getting out" was a privilege.
The expectation was that I was available 24/7 and was made to feel that work came before my personal life. My mental health was at its worst.
Never felt like I was being mentored and was made to feel disposable. Quitting for my next opportunity sadly felt like a massive personal victory.
