      Safe income, Good Promotions, Less Accountability, Additional benefits or perks. Overall working in canara bank was refreshing and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Higher ups are not knowledgeable. Useless transfer policy. Gender partiality. Plenty of pampering to people in administrative set up. Not rewarding sincere workers. rewarding only "Muskamars".
