Pros
- Easy job, just picking items for customer orders. - Food Trucks every Wednesday. - PTO can be put in a day in advance. - Pretty good wages.
Cons
- Safety is laughable, multiple times a day caps on fragrance bottles will spill on a person, causing unpleasant chemicals to soak into the skin. This causes the smell to linger for hours, allergic reactions, and at worse chemical burns. (After bringing this up with management multiple times, no solution was ever made.) - Everyone in the office actively looks down on the floor workers. - Only allowed 14-minute breaks since people were taking 16-minute breaks. - 30 min lunch. - PTO and clock-in system barely work (Weeks after the yearly PTO reset most workers have not gotten their PTO allowance.) - HR representatives are a joke, looking down on people for injuries and basic requests. - Must have a doctor fill out a form, stating that you have an injury and you are able to work with it. (Never had any employer do this before.) - Managers don't allow phone use on the floor unless you are friends with them. - Vending machine in the break room breaks down twice a week, only for card payments, which is the only way to pay. - 4 cameras in the break room with audio recordings to spy on people. - Cameras all around the warehouse, making sure they can always see the floor workers. - Make other associates clean the bathrooms since there is no janitor.
