      Good location, that is about all

      Cons

      Bullying Managing Director who thinks fear is the way to motivate people. If you don't do exactly as a he wishes you will be shouted at and insulted until you leave. If you are looking at working at or with this business, ask yourself why there are never any seasoned professionals that work here alongside the founders? None of their past colleagues will go near them. This is what you find out when you go to a better agency.

      Candour is a great place to work, made even better by the people. The values of the business are actually lived by ( not just talked about once). Most importantly, opinions and suggestions are listened to and actioned. Its recruitment so targets, driving success and being the best at what we do is at the forefront of everything but you're working for a company that also wants you to do well for YOU. It's recruitment done in the right way as well, with relationships at the forefront. you get support, training and everyone around helps, not matter the level.

      Cons

      Again, it's a sales job so it's a target-driven environment - the more you put i,n the more you get out!
