Pros
You get to spend a lot of time with dogs snuggling, petting, playing... whatever. I really liked doing small groups. I like the different rooms for different kinds of dogs.
Cons
Some of the staff are arrogant and unkind and management does not seem to care. Responsible staff are taken advantage of, and lazy staff are allowed to be lazy. Lack of communication and respect among the staff.
