Pros

- Occasional lunches with everyone to celebrate cultural or religious occasions.

Cons

- Poor work life balance - Limited break times that are insufficient (1x morning 10 minute break, 1x 30 minute lunch break, 1x afternoon 10 minute break) - Micromanaging from staff members that are not even supervisors or managers - Little to no growth opportunities - There is no natural lighting as the windows are blacked out - The cables under the computers are loose and easy to trip on - Strict dress code considering that it is a non client facing role - The computer equipment is outdated compared to other workplaces - Experienced racism from a senior employee - No remote work options

No communication amongst managers Poor benefits package Severely underpaid (depending on region and customer) Potential discrimination in hiring managers (female managers are rare, paid less, and have to go through leadership training before promotion, which is not a requirement for male managers, although recommended)
