Pros
Prior to working here I had little white collar experience, just sparse office jobs, volunteer work, and a laughable resume. In spite of bumbling and mumbling through an interview, they gave me a chance to work for a day, and I was allowed to prove and establish myself professionally. Without Canon, I may have still had some skill, but I wouldn't have had any experience to present elsewhere. After having grown here, I can say the people who run the company are truly kind-hearted and concerned individuals who would bend over backwards for you in your time of need, so long as you're willing to show the same level of care toward the company and its clients-- and that's a fair trade.
Cons
30 minute lunches can be a bit tight when it comes to driving out and picking up something up to eat, especially considering the traffic. Everyone is generally understanding, though.
