      Being in HR I've worked with a lot of people who have direct reports. At Cansure, these people are not just managers, they're leaders. They care for their teams and want to see them succeed. Standards and expectations are high, and so is the opportunity for growth and development. Those who are ambitious and eager to learn are fast-tracked to an amazing career they can be proud of.
