      Pros

      Medium sized business with great family atmosphere. Progressive thinking company with open door policy. Very stable company with well rounded & diversified career options. Leader in the industry and well respected by its peers. Fun place to work and casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      The companies franchise model prohibits lavish office locations, and is located in a nice warehouse district in order to maintain low overhead. However, being in the fashion, style, and color industry, they do well to provide a beautiful showroom, and create a great customer experience.

      Pros

      Everyone has a big personality, they can be a lot of fun to work with if you feel like you fit in. Family/Team environment but also a lot of self starters that work really hard and if you don't do the same you'll be pushed out.

      Cons

      No 401k match, benefits ok.
