Pros

Decent disability accommodations, chill work, can do quiet things in downtime, low-level supervisors are very nice. Perfect attendance bonus is decent if you can get it. Disciplinary procedures are pretty relaxed. Support teams in IT, training and scheduling are honestly great. ASD friendly.

Cons

Poor upper management attitude and communications, glitchy software, inconsistent performance feedback from supervisors, unreasonable expectations for CA performance on objectively difficult calls, no job security, health insurance is a joke. I agree with other reviewers that there is micromanaging, but it's strictly related to call- and attendance performance and the ability to take feedback with grace so I don't necessarily think it's a con, nothing personal. Pay raises are consistent but max out at like fifty cents a year. Company has one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel.

Pros

Co-workers; schedule; location; not a job you take home with you; can read, draw, do puzzles, etc between calls

Cons

Micromanaged; not great pay; point system for call-ins/sick days; not good for your brain - years later my audio attention is terrible because of the skill of listening to the calls and captioning you have to learn to tune out what is being said and just caption on auto-pilot but then that leaks into other parts of your life like zoning out on conversations, movies, etc.
