Pros
It's a job. This area of the country is beautiful, especially if you like going to the beach or other outdoor water activities.
Cons
This was a great place to work at one time….But with the change in the corporate leadership, the primary focus has been redirected to "Efficiency and Throughput". There is no focus on improving patient care, or supporting the employee to grow in the position, even if you are a productive and innovative. There is so much inertia in this corporate structure that its impossible to innovate and grow.
