Pros

the good reviews that you see are posted by a team of digital marketers. Aricent is company which has a slave policy for engineers.

Cons

1.engineers are treated as slave. 2.low compensation and improper pay structure. About 18 percent of pay is in variable. 3.lot of attrition and. Lot of layoffs recently. 8out of 10 people I meet are grossly dissatisfied.

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
