      International company and many different projects. Different people with different studies. Opportunities to work in a foreign countries. Working with other big companies. Exposure to many clients

      Not opportunities to change projets. Lack of Organization by the human resources. Salaries low. Excessive high hierarchy. Communication poor between consultants

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
