management is poor . during hiring time salary will be change after joining . donig have any development project most of them are tech support project . i like cisco . aricent is a bpo company .

management is money minded and politica no good project . almost all good project are close . some testing project and support project are left behind . play with your salary . variable that no one get . only if your on client place 60 percent variable you will after one year .
