      Aricent provides good learning experience, good work life balance (if the deadline of the project is not near), good onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      LESS SALARY, some teams have no work at all, still they have good time in the company. no free bus facility.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
