      Pros

      The work here is interesting and allows me to learn new things and pursue my own professional development. The benefits are really good (lots of options, affordable) and the vacation allotment is generous. They just acquired another company, so it seems they are interested in growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are conflicting messages from management, and people are not sure what they should be focusing on.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
