Dear colleague, thank you very much for your positive review of Capgemini Engineering as an employer. Your contribution provides us with valuable insights into the perceptions of our employees. I am delighted to read that you are so satisfied with our diverse and exciting project world. This is how it should be! We are pleased that we can offer our employees a high degree of flexibility. This also includes mobile working. Of course, we like it when colleagues meet regularly in the office to exchange ideas. The new office manager at the Stuttgart site is already working on a concept for a shared office culture to promote this exchange more in the future. I wish you all the best and lots of fun. Best regards, Diana

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
