      This is a very good company to work for, you do get a performance bonus twice a year, which is very good.

      Cons

      They do not have Provident Fund/ Pension Fund/ Medical Aid.

      Too heavily administrative tasks, reports, protocols etc. Marketing and Communications department not able to focus on its core functions.
