Pros
Hires very fast and sees potential.
Cons
They don't give you clear guidelines as per quality e.g. which errors are not payable, which are. They will just let you work your ears off and tell you at the end of the week that they are not paying you anything. When you ask questions, they will send you a file with the 'errors' which when you confront them about, they will say that the error you mentioned is okay and dismiss you by saying it was all the other content of the work. They will not give you further information so as to avoid the 'mistakes'next time. Then they will make you work more which they will not pay again. I worked with a staff member and he/she was just telling me I was not doing anything on the audio files sent to me. What a phrase to say when I have obviously worked days on end and submitted my work every single day.
