Pros
They give hike every 6 months which is very rare in many companies.. Also they have team outings and some fun activities arranged once in a while..
Cons
It's not a place for honest, hard-working employees but it's definitely a place for playing personal level, dirty politics!! It's ok if an employee doesn't work but the employee has to showcase to the management that he/she is working very hard!! They keep on changing their plans every now and then, covering it up with an excuse of being a "startup" but the actual reason is that they lack a vision and a proper road map!!
