Good learning experience and working the you sure become one of a kind in work culture,and you get to do multiple things at once which you get to know everything
Cons
Because a consultant wears a lot of hats which in other banks six people would be doing what you do as a sle consultant,it becames overwhelm and the the fact that there is no commission or additional incentive for the extra products added,it becames a burden and not a positive invironment for us who are eorking and growing the company
