Pay is absolutely insulting, unless you're of the family. Working in the corporate office, around half of the staff were immediate relatives of the CEO. That's fine, but not when lack of skills/experience is swept under the rug. CEO is severly narcissistic and loves to tell stories that you're expected to react to with awe. She's very condescending and had, on several occasions, made passively racist comments about her majority black concierges.
Biggest problem though? Everything is reactionary. They're never ahead of the curve. Competitor announces new product or service, they flip out and suddenly everyone else is working late nights. Complete absence of being proactive.
