For service agents, you have a good team around you to help, and have several resources to understand how to do your job well. You're pushed to be a asset for the team, and are put into a quality work environment.

It's insurance. For producers, you have to deal with rejection a lot, and live on commission. For service agents, you have to deal with tough clients, and quick deadlines.

I enjoy working at Capitol, because it is easy to get along with all of my coworkers, my employers are very kind and gracious, there is a culture of growth, my ideas are asked for and listened to, and there is a genuine care for our clients.

The only downsides of Capitol would have to do with specific job duties. Of course, if you don't enjoy talking to people on the phone, you wouldn't enjoy being a customer service representative, etc.
