I LOVE my job at Cappex! I haven't been here long, but I have never once not wanted to come into work. This job has made me love Mondays! I actually look forward to going back to work. The environment is open and fosters a sense of teamwork and community. My coworkers are amazing, and thanks to them I constantly feel inspired in my work. I feel successful at what I do and instead of just being told I'm making a difference in people's lives, I get to KNOW that I am through my day to day work and personal interactions with those people. Not only is Cappex supportive of me in the work environment, but also outside it. Discounts at the gym, offering me a flexible schedule to go back to college - the CEO has an open door policy and will have coffee with anyone! - and we get to be ourselves. That includes my flip flops and my tattoos. On top of all that, I have two parting words for you: "FREE" "SNACKS".

We have been expanding like crazy since I've been here and it's hard to keep up with everyone (I admit I don't know everyone's name).
