      It's easy to get started and move up the ranks if you are smart and motivated. There's adequate compensation for managers.

      Cons

      Hard work will not go away. You will always be a distracted associate away from an injury, and the compensation for your team is not competitive enough to retain talent.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
