      Small, family oriented company. They offer normal benefits, and great pay for property size. Absolutely loved my Regional, Maggie, she is the best I have worked with yet!!!

      Some residents were nice to work with.

      Cons

      -Roaches -Frustrated resident due to neglected maintenance issues -high level of phone work -disorganization -frequent turnover -expected to sell a rundown apartment community
