      Pros

      -Compensation is okay, but not worth the stress. There are millions of companies hiring; this place is nothing special.

      Cons

      -They make you wait until 6mos in before you start getting commission --- however, they fire majority of the employees before that point. -DO NOT TRUST HR OR THE CEO!! They will fire you during training with no explanation after you have already uprooted your entire life. This is a very poorly ran company.

      - Good benefits and work schedule... no weekends - Many opportunities for career growth across the board - CaptiveAire continues to reinvest in their operations and staff year over year - Education & certification reimbursement program - Generally promotes within and provides in-house, on the job training - Monthly bonus for all employees - Free lunch every week for all employees - Safety and quality are the main focus
