We continually promote career growth in all of our employees, encouraging every individual to fulfill their potential and contribute to CaptiveAire in a variety of meaningful ways. Due to our flat management structure, we do not have typical corporate ladder career jumps, but instead allow employees to grow dynamically within their roles as the company grows and changes. We are continuously aiming to improve and innovate at all levels, including in our software group. Disruptive innovation is a principle that is highly regarded by our CEO.
