Cons
No work life balance. High stress work environment. Company exploits multiple market channels/brands structured to compete against each other including direct sales that undercut loyal dealers and long term partners. The distrust between sales offices, employees, and brands is unfortunate and sad. Nothing is off limits to drive sales and profitability! Engineering and product quality is marginal. Resulting issues are at the expense of the sales people, service techs, contractors, manufacturing teams and unfortunately the customer. The engineering department is arrogant and lacks accountability. Leadership shows no loyalty or appreciation to their people, customers, or vendors. CA is a toxic, unhealthy work environment. It’s not worth it for any amount of money!
