Pros

- Opportunity for new hires to learn instructional design through observing and doing, and through training before they get hired - Has some the most creative people I worked with in terms of graphic design - Opportunity to have teammates from different countries like Egypt - Very diverse clients so it means you have opportunity to work on different subject matters - Has some opportunities for in-house seminars. Learning how to use tools well or how to improve work - World-class modules and animations, and good reputation with clients - CEOs are friendly and mean well. - Sometimes we have outings!

Cons

- Salary is too low for the job. Maybe barely enough for a month. Probably fine for entry-level. but really not the best for anyone who upskills and who does instructional and graphic design at the same time - Bad project management during peak months, maybe Aug. to December. Some deadlines are too fast-paced and are decided without concern for employee welfare - Intense micromanagement especially by one of the TLs and now CPO. Not to mention their vague instructions and tactlessness. It hurts morale and causes creative block many times - One-sided evaluation process, and happens only once a year. We should rate ourselves but we CAN'T rate our superiors. Whatever rating we give ourselves, doesn't matter coz TL has final say about our performance - Rules are vague and can be changed without notice. Like resignation period and unpaid overtimes - One of the superior's habit of texting or messaging in FB about doing a task AFTER work hours. To the point that there's no respect for our private times
