Pros
Management is helpful but only as long as the rules are met. Pay is guaranteed at minimum of 20$/hr and if you make more they pay it out. If you try and put in the work they pay comes out to about 28$/hr, and if you put in overtime a lot more(not that they pay for it, you are just able to close more deals is all).
Cons
This pay is only for the first ~6 months, afterwards they only pay commission or 7$/hr, whichever is more, a pay that you would pay back the next check. Talking to vets they all told me that they commission changes and never in favor of the consultant. The commission is the worst in the industry but since prices are set on cars it is easier to sell cars and sell them fast. Still though I would say that its a good job if your stuck, use them like they use you(mutually) and find something better as you level up your sales skills.
