Pros
Thoughtful co-workers. Flexible managers. Many tools, software, and resources to execute the job at hand. The environment is what you make it by clearly communicating. While working in a digital environment comes with it's own pros and cons, working at this company I feel we are excelling with transparency and open communication as our policy.
Cons
We work at a very fast pace and are operating as a start up in order to pave the new path for the future of CarParts.com. Change inherently comes with unpleasant discoveries but being a part of the evolution makes it worth it. For myself personally I find enjoyment in this environment but it can be daunting.
