Pros
There are several but first and foremost I would have to say that the biggest pro of Carshield is the environment. It truly is one big family that pushes for the same goal. I have never been a part of such a caring and understanding company. Not to mention all of the amazing things that the company does for its employee's. I can literally say that Carshield has allowed me to have experiences that I would of never had the opportunity to have. Very grateful.
Cons
It is hard to think of cons to my career. If I have to put something in this field I would say that sometimes its hard to put in a ton of work to fall just a little short of a goal, personal or company based. It can be difficult at times to pick yourself up and keep going. But that is sales and life in general. So suck it up and move on.
