      Literally none. So many lies and the owner is a very unstable person

      Cons

      Lack of experience, management knows nothing about the kind of work they do and they’re just looking to hire people to blame for their faults. Horrible place to work

      Pros

      Off on all weekends and no late nights.

      Cons

      Horrible management for a actually property management and preservation company. Very low morale environment. Owner does not value employees and tends to be very combative. Only hires to temp agencies to low pay employees. Healthcare is expensive and owner has lapsed on payment on healthcare for employees.
