Uniform, people I work with except management

The use of company resources for non-work-related purposes raised concerns during my time with the organisation. These matters were perceived as being handled informally rather than through clear and consistent governance processes. Additionally, aspects of the management team appeared relatively inexperienced in their communication approach. Feedback and direction were often delivered in a confrontational manner, rather than in a way that was constructive, motivating, or supportive of staff performance and development.

Monthly lunches, good coffee machine and snacks

Toxic from the top down. Management is petty, and more invested in gossip than actually leading. They’ll watch you drown in work and avoid helping you. Go above and beyond? Don’t bother. They won’t notice unless you’re part of their little circle. Recognition is reserved for favourites, usually people who were referred and can do no wrong, regardless of this stupid they are. Team leads are glorified bullies with zero qualifications, running on ego and gossip. They create hostile environments, make it personal, and take pride in tearing others down. HR is an absolute joke. Absent, useless, and completely incapable of handling anything that involves actual people. They are not a safe point of contact. They are part of the problem. Most employees are young, overworked, underpaid, and burned out. Leadership offers no growth, no support, and no respect. Don’t waste your time or your sanity. This company doesn’t care about its people, it exploits them.
