      Pros

      Relocation to Cyprus, good enough salary

      Cons

      CTO is impotent. No any initiatives are survived. No processes, strategy or a healthy culture. He hires the team just to blame them in all his incompetence., then complains to CEO and final kicks out people with scandals and negative references. The turnover is extremely high.
