At present company is ruled by a CEO who pretends to be the company owner( rumors inform this is not true). In my opinion current problems caused by that guy on CEO position and his management style. He is a nice example of a person with unstable psyche on top manager position (with power and responsibility) with all effects.
1) for CEO is acceptable to shout and scream, you may find confirmation of my words among other previous reviews
2) he do not respect other persons. To offend somebody, especially a woman or who is weak, is suitable for him. Briefly I may use Russian word "gopnik" (hooligan, bully) to describe CEO's communication style.
3) lack of information need for your job. You never know real status and real promises to customers and other team members and you shouldn't ask somebody
4) not transparent business processes
5) When I used to work, there were not shared for everyone vision/high level goals . Just personal tasks: do this, do that. Why? do not ask.
6) everyone is guilty be default and want to trick CEO, if you know what I mean.
7) if it is possible a company does not pay to partners, customers, vendors
8) I know CEO tried to launch several other bussiness projects and no one is succesfull nowadays, almost all closed.
It is obviously C-level managers, top managers who are directly reported to the CEO are impotent. Some of them are good people, but after several years of doing job with such CEO the main their skill is to adjust. Well skilled and experienced professional persons don't work here.
In general, each of the described issues above are pretty common for other companies, but here this is a way to manage a company and people and will not be changed.
