Many resources available for reference. There was a SOP for most situations. There were some of the most genuinely helpful people I have ever worked with there.
Cons
There were inefficient processes but if you called them out, you would be punished. Watching your own back is also necessary with certain individuals.

- When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
