Pros

Cardinal Group listens to its employees and applies the feedback. Progressive and thoughtful company policies show they care about their members. Great work/life balance. Amazing work environment. Everyone buys in. Everyone cares.

Cons

Slow to adjust to newer, more advanced systems due to the careful diligence they take in identifying each application of said systems.

I can very much appreciate the sentiment around slowly moving to other tools. As a Regional, I'm sure you know the heartburn that on-site teams feel when things are rolled out without being vetted or thought all the way through. To your point though, that can oftentimes mean we're not scaling along with the lightning paced industry. It's a real testament to you though that this is something on the forefront of thought.

Pros

This company is deeply committed to its culture and consistently lives out its core values. It is a truly inclusive environment that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit—a rare find in today's market. If you are looking for a career defined by growth and genuine opportunity, I highly recommend joining this team.

Cons

No company will check every single box, but it’s ultimately about finding alignment between what you're looking for and what you contribute. At this company, you truly get back everything you put into it; it’s a place that rewards initiative and rewards those who are ready to dive in.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
