Make a difference in the lives of intellectually disabled adults Work unsupervised Get paid to go to the movies on special occasions like birthdays, etc Be treated with respect by great people who own and operate the company The ladies in the office are awesome!

Lots of driving of your own vehicle (they do compensate miles but it adds up in wear over time) You end up doing a lot more 'life' and 'social' coaching than job coaching Paperwork everyday Pay is not what it should be for anyone in this field (no matter which company you work for)
