The job posting was completely misleading.

Cons

Don’t work here. The leadership is appalling. They roll out ridiculous processes and protocols, then abandon them as soon as a new one comes along. All they care about is billable hours. Clients aren’t treated as people, just dollar signs. If you ask for help, you won’t get it. Turnover is constant and team leaders have no idea what they’re doing. The culture from upper management is terrible: no support, unrealistic expectations, zero transparency. Avoid this place at all costs.

I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Overworked staff. Priorities are billable hours not prioritising client wellbeing. Received feedback that I wasn't completing admin tasks fast enough, no strategies/support provided, simply told to suck it up or there will be problems, and then to top that off I was told to "smile" as I apparently wasn't overjoyed about the "constructive" criticism I received. And that was just the first week.

Absolutely nothing, they are currently rebranding to save themselves.

Cons

- If you’re an AHA they will make you do thing out of your scope - The highest turnover rate I’ve seen, workers leaving on their first week - Empty shared offices (just open for show), which don’t even look like therapy spaces - Offices with fake admin desk, monitors and set up - Very suspicious activities happening with those in upper management - Team collapses every 6 months (probation period) - Mass hire AHA to see clients as they are easier to hire - Force to do Telehealth or travel 2 hours to a client
