Pros
pays the bills and does have decent PTO and Insurance, Co workers are really nice and care about each other. Job itself is rewarding for helping the patients.
Cons
VERY VERY VERY negative work environment because NO ONE is happy working there. Leads are fed up, staffers are fed up and intake is fed up. Mandatory over time like placed on us every other week for weeks on end just puts us in the next tax bracket so you barely see any of it. Its the most micro managed call center I have ever worked for and it drains the living soul out of you. I hate it and I along with MANY others will be walking right out the door as soon as we find something better paywise or at this point just happy wise. Your treated like children, managment sucks and you never get the same answer on how to do something. They say they pay bonus if you hit all your numbers well guess what I have and haven't seen a bonus yet. I was hired on false pretenses and I do not recommend anyone working in this dreadful place!!!!
