I've been with CareCentrix for about a year now and I can honestly say that coming to this company was the smartest decision I've ever made. The senior leadership team is incredibly intelligent, competent, experienced, and most importantly, helpful. The culture here is very clear "we take our work seriously, but not ourselves." In my time here, I've seen nothing but the utmost professionalism and dedication to our work. Everyone at this company is fueled by the desire to improve the lives of patients - that is our reward. I should also note that the entrepreneurial environment allows everyone and anyone who works here to have a voice that matters. As the company continues to quickly grow, there are the usual "growing pains," but nothing that affects my ability to perform and enjoy my job.
