- Positive impact and company mission - Volunteerism and giving back to the community - Competitive benefits package - Work-life balance and flexibility

Cons

Toxic leadership in MARCOM starting at the CMO level that rewards pandering and complacency over character and competence. Leadership chooses to micromanage rather than trust and support subject matter experts. Extensive approval process leads to product delays which is then blamed on individual contributors. Frequent organizational changes and high turnover. Do not recommend until culture is addressed.

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
