Tuition reimbursement is a complicated process, was not able to use that benefit. Different schedule options but no one has control. Never seems like job is secure, seems like employer wants to terminate you and always increase standards as you meet previous ones. Needs a more organized training. Find out exact dates for training in advance…. Pay per hour is really low for the cost of living.
