Pros
-Pay and benefits are decent -My peers were great to get to know -It’s clear some employees have been there for decades and have fostered family-like relationships with one -another -Good brand rep and great social responsibility
Cons
-A LOT of upper management turnover (at director and VP+ level) -Work / life balance was nonexistent—had very unrealistic deadlines and work requirements (constant 55+ hour weeks) -Lots of brown-nosing/ politicking -Lots of backstabbing (filing ethics complaints against one another to get *even* over a disagreement), which minimizes the value of ethics complaints (HR is probably very busy investigating). -Even with ethics complaints, some managers get away with everything, including treating their staff/direct reports horribly
