      Pros

      Strong leadership, super organized, and dedicated to making the building run smoothly and be a success . Competitive pay, very fair.

      Cons

      Great leadership comes with great expectations so if you’re not or can’t give 100% then this isn’t the place for you. Position did call for you to be on call in a sense at all times.

      Pros

      CareOne has awesome therapists (IT-PT-ST), maintenance is always on time if anything needs fixing, the kitchen does a great job trying to accommodate the residents wants and likes, CareOne has great managers, and I have to give credit to the hard working CNAs

      Cons

      I would say that education is needed and it’s always good

      Great therapists, spacious and well equipped gym, supportive team, fairly steady census.

      Cons

      Constantly having to make excuses for behavior of overworked and burned-out nursing staff, especially to clinically complex patients whose needs exceed the abilities of staff.
