Pay for certain positions. Others are underpaid.
Cons
Favoritism- If you aren't Indian, or someone who sucks up to the leadership- good luck. Certain individuals in the company can get away with anything (harassment, vulgar language, not showing up to the office) while others get zero recognition or even reprimanded for doing their job.
Culture- If you don't fit into their mold, you will suffer.
No stability or structure - its a revolving door of employees. Company doesnt care if the lose good, quality workers.
Lack of leadership- Managers aren't trained to lead. One of the managers openly goes against Company policy by openly and publicly flirting, touching inappropriately, and down right harassing one of his workers. And guess what, because he is a carestack favorite, nothing is done about it. Ridiculous.
Pay is good but the benefits the company offer are subpar when comparing to similar businesses.
